How To Order a Teddy Bear

Buying a personalised teddy bear or other personalised product from Ready Teddy Go couldn’t be easier. Here’s how buying your personalised gift online works:

• Have a browse through our teddy bears and other category pages for personalised embroidered and printed gifts for children (see tabs in top navigation bar) and click ‘choose me’ on any that take your fancy to read more information on our cuddly friends and other childrens gifts.

• Then simply complete the necessary personalisation details and then click the add to basket button at the bottom of the page or if these aren't visible on this page then click the "Personalise for £X" button at the bottom whereby you will be taken to the next page which show all the different design options where you need to choose one of these and complete all the necessary details and then add the design to your basket. If you choose one of our large personalised bears wearing a hoodie or medium printed bear then you will be taken to a design tool page where you need to create your design and add it to your basket when finished. If you don't see the product and design in your basket then you have gone wrong and probably didn't add the product or bear to your basket or missed a section in the design.

• We do have an online chat service if you have any problems or questions or can be contacted on 01865 772516. (Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm) or you can drop us an email via our contact us page. We try to respond to emails quickly and where possible over the weekend.

• All orders are usually sent out within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends, bank holidays and busy periods such as Christmas)
• We offer FREE UK Delivery on all orders and this is sent via Royal Mail and usually arrives within 1 to 3 working days (Mon to Fri) from when the order is sent out and not when it is placed. A signature is required on delivery.
• We offer a Priority Dispatch Two Day Delivery and Saturday Delivery service for more urgent orders but orders must be placed before 11am (Mon to Fri). A Signature is required on delivery.
