How to Order Your Personalised Gift

Ordering a personalised gift from Ready Teddy Go couldn't be easier.

Step 1 – Choose Your Gift

Browse our range of personalised teddy bears, soft toys and gifts using the categories in the navigation menu. Once you've found something you love, click on the product to view more details.

Step 2 – Personalise Your Item

Enter your chosen personalisation details, such as names, messages, colours or designs. Some products may require you to select a design or use our online design tool before adding the item to your basket.

Step 3 – Add to Basket

Once you're happy with your personalisation, simply add your item to your basket and proceed to checkout. If you've created a design using one of our design tools, please ensure both the product and design have been added to your basket before continuing.

Step 4 – Complete Your Order

Follow the checkout process, enter your delivery details and choose your preferred delivery option. We can send your personalised gift directly to the recipient if required.

Delivery Information

• Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends, bank holidays and peak periods such as Christmas).
• FREE UK delivery is available on all orders.
• Standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and typically arrives within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
• Some deliveries may require a signature on arrival.

Choose our Priority Dispatch & Two-Day Delivery service for just £2.95. Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be prioritised for faster delivery.

For example:

• Order before 4pm on Monday – delivery expected Wednesday.
