    Create Your Own Personalised Childrens Hoodie with our "Dinosaur Silhouette Any Name" Design

    This hoodie is available in many colours and sizes and is made from 60% cotton and 40% Polyester.

    Please turn garments inside out when washing and wash at 40 degrees maximum. DO NOT Iron over the transfer and DO NOT Tumble Dry. When garments are first washed they may shrink and fade a little but this is normal and happens to most clothing of this type

    We use printed vinyl and is heat applied to the front of the hoodie only.

    Please complete the different sections below to create your own personalised hooded jumper. Not all fonts are available on all products and the longer the name the smaller the text size will be. Please take time in choosing the hoodie and text colour, you want to choose contrasting colours so obviously don't choose red for the name if you want the red hoodie or choose the black hoodie for a design which has lots of black in it!

    All personalisation is included and UK Delivery is also FREE. We aim to send out all orders within 24-48 hours excluding weekends, bank holidays and busy periods like Christmas.

    NB:-  Due to varying screen resolutions and devices the colours you see on your screen won't be an exact match and may vary to those of the actual item and may also vary when printed. We try to show the designs and colours of items as best we can so should be a close match, some colours may appear brighter on screen than what they actually print out like.

    Shipping and Handling

    We ship within the UK and to the following European Countries.

    Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

    Shipping costs abroad are based on weight, but a personalised bear would cost £13.95 to ship outside the UK and if you would like it gift wrapped then £18.95. All orders abroad are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, which requires a signature on delivery and should arrive within 3 to 5 working days within Europe and 5 to 7 working days to the Rest of the World, but maybe longer during peak times like Christmas. Import duty and other charges may be applicable in your country and these will be additional costs paid by you and the carrier will contact you for payment prior to delivery if they are applicable

    Most orders are sent out in white jiffy bags, but bigger bears and orders are sent out in boxes.

    Items should arrive within the stated timescale, however we can not guarantee this on behalf of the Royal Mail, therefore please keep tracking your parcel to make sure you haven’t missed delivery.

    Royal Mail only keep parcels for up to 2 weeks, so if they aren't collected within this time, then they will be returned to us. We therefore reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the item was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.

    UK Postal Services

    FREE UK Delivery - All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour or Royal Mail 48 Hour Signed For, therefore a signature might be required and should arrive within 1 to 3 working days, but might take longer during busy periods, such as Christmas. You will receive the parcel number (where applicable) via email on the day it is dispatched. Orders are usually sent out within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends, bank holidays and busy periods such as Christmas). We can not ask for parcels to be left in a specificplace, this needs to pre-arranged between you and Royal Mail by filling in details for a safe place for your address. If a signature is required, then it won't be left.

    Priority Dispatch Two Working Day Delivery - ONLY £6.95 per order, depending on the size of your order, item(s) will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or a Courier. Orders must be placed before 4pm i.e order before 4pm on a Monday and your order will arrive on Wednesday. You will receive the tracking number via email.

    Royal Mail Saturday Next Day delivery ONLY £8.95 per order - orders must be placed before 4pm on the Thursday before and you will receive the tracking number via email

    International Postal Services

    All International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or for large orders via DHL, Fedex or UPS. With either option you will be emailed a tracking number on the day your parcel is dispatched. Parcels should arrive within 3 to 5 working days for Europe and 5 to 7 working days for Rest of World. This is not guaranteed and there could be delays with customs in your country, which is outside our control. You may also need to pay additional custom charges if applicable in your country. If you miss delivery and do not re-arrange delivery or collect your parcel in time and it is returned to us, then we reserve the right to charge you to send the order out again.

    Standard delivery is free within the UK and will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hour or Royal Mail 48 hour signed for depending on order size. This is the best option for non-urgent orders. If a signature is required, then this can not be left in a safe place. We also can't specify a safe place for the parcel to be left, as this has to be setup with Royal Mail yourself. Large orders will be sent via a courier, and we normally use UPS. For more urgent orders, Priority Dispatch Two working day delivery is only £6.95 per order and orders must be placed before 4pm. If you order before 4pm on a Wednesday, then it will arrive before 1pm on the Friday. Priority Dispatch Saturday delivery - Orders must be placed on the Thursday before 4pm. All customers will receive a dispatch email with the parcel number, just incase they need it.

    Yes, if you choose Priority Dispatch Two working day delivery then you can choose which day you would like your order delivered. You can order in advance as far as 90 days. If you would like your order delivered on a Saturday then you must choose Priority Dispatch Saturday delivery and order before 4pm on the Thursday or before. You will receive a tracking number by email, so you can track your parcel and can see when it has been delivered, which is useful if you have sent it as a gift.

    Please read the relevant item descriptions, as we have different washing instructions for different items, as some are hand wash only.

    I’m afraid you can only design your own top if it goes on one of our bears, as we cannot sell the personalised tops on there own. However if you have purchased one of our bears and would like some spare tops, then please contact us, as we can do this.

    We do not sell to trade. We do however offer promotional bears for companies at competitive prices and there is no minimum order, so we can cater for schools, nurseries, small and large companies and charities too. We can even print your own graphic designs on bears for you to sell in your shop or add to hampers or gift baskets or even nappy cakes. Large orders can take 2-4 weeks to be made and sent out, as we usually need to order the bears in for larger orders. Please contact us with details of any tight deadlines, as we still might be able to help or suggest an alternative bear, which we have in stock or can order in quicker. If you would like to order a large quantity of any of our other products eg. drawstring bags, mugs or towels, then please contact us for our best price.

    Please drop us an email if you are looking for an embroidered design not already in our Bear Design Tool as we may have something suitable in our large collection of embroidered designs. Due to copyright and licencing laws we cannot embroider or print any licenced characters or brand logos as we don’t have their permission. We can also not embroider photos or images emailed into us as they have to be digitized. However we can print photos and you can upload these onto one of our medium printed bears via the Design Tool. You can also create your own design to go on one of the small printed bears, so can upload your own graphic that you have created or maybe a child's drawing that you have scanned or saved.

    Yes all our items have been made to the highest quality and have the CE mark and have been tested to EN71 safety standards. Most items are suitable for ages 3+ and some are suitable from birth. The appropriate age is mentioned in each products description.

    Personalised items are exempt from the distance selling regulations and cannot be returned for a refund if you change your mind. If you feel that the item is faulty then please contact us to discuss further. If the item(s) are non-personalised items then yes they can be returned for a refund, we must be contacted within 14 days of receiving the order. The card and cotton tags, hanger and other packaging can’t have been removed or damaged and must be returned in the brand new condition that it was sent to you in. Return postage costs are direct costs and can not be refunded. A refund will be given within 30 days.

    If we haven’t started making your order, then yes you can cancel, please contact us straight away if you change your mind. If we have already made your order and dispatched, then I’m afraid it’s too late to cancel.

    Yes, if sending as a gift, please make sure the billing and delivery addresses are different, so we know it is a gift and we will then not include an invoice.

    Yes we do offer a gift wrap service, which is £3.95 per order. If you order extra items for your bear eg. a pair of shoes then these will be wrapped in with the bear. The order will be wrapped in cellophane wrapping and a coloured pull bow will be added to the top. You can order our Gift Wrapping Service for your bear here https://www.readyteddygo.co.uk/teddy-bear-accessories/gift-wrapping.html by selecting which cellophane design and colour of pull bow you would like us to use and also enter a message in the text box provided of your choice to be printed on the back or our gift tag. We also offer some hampers and gift boxes, which you can choose to have your order packaged in. There is an additional charge for these.

    No sorry we don't allow collections. We are not a shop, so don't allow any visitors.

    We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure online merchant Sagepay or you can pay via Paypal if you hold a Paypal account. If you would like to pay with Amex then you should be able to via Paypal but you need to select the "Don't have a Paypal account option" We accept bank transfer for large orders only

    We aim to get all orders sent out within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends, bank holidays and busy periods such as Christmas) If choosing standard free delivery then your order should arrive within 1 to 3 working days (Mon to Fri) from when your order was dispatched NOT placed. If you have ordered before the 4pm cut-off time for priority dispatch two working day delivery then it will arrive on the next day after it has been dispatched i.e. order before 4pm on a Monday and it will arrive Wednesday and so on and will be delivered by Royal Mail or a Courier for larger orders.
