All our personalised bears come with a personalised top of your choice, be it a hoodie for the large embroidered bears or a white t-shirt for the printed bears, which will fit your teddy bear nice and snug. We have a huge range of embroidered and printed designs available for you to choose from on our bear design tool pages which to add your required text, font and text colour too. We can easily add new designs so please contact us if you are after something specific as we can see if we have the image available in our extensive library of embroidered and printed designs.

Buying a personalised teddy bear or other personalised product from Ready Teddy Go couldn’t be easier. Here’s how buying your personalised gift online works:

• Have a browse through our teddy bears and other category pages for personalised embroidered and printed gifts for children (see tabs in top navigation bar) and click ‘choose me’ on any that take your fancy to read more information on our cuddly friends and other childrens gifts.

• Then simply complete the necessary personalisation details and then click the add to basket button at the bottom of the page or if these aren't visible on this page then click the "Personalise for £X" button at the bottom whereby you will be taken to the next page which show all the different design options where you need to choose one of these and complete all the necessary details and then add the design to your basket. If you choose one of our large personalised bears wearing a hoodie or medium printed bear then you will be taken to a design tool page where you need to create your design and add it to your basket when finished. If you don't see the product and design in your basket then you have gone wrong and probably didn't add the product or bear to your basket or missed a section in the design.

• We do have an online chat service if you have any problems or questions or can be contacted on 01844 278000. (Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm) or you can drop us an email via our contact us page. We try to respond to emails quickly and where possible over the weekend.

• All orders are usually sent out within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends, bank holidays and busy periods such as Christmas)
• We offer FREE UK Delivery on all orders and this is sent via Royal Mail and usually arrives within 1 to 3 working days (Mon to Fri) from when the order is sent out and not when it is placed. A signature is required on delivery.
• We offer a Priority Dispatch Two Day Delivery and Saturday Delivery service for more urgent orders but orders must be placed before 4pm (Mon to Fri). A Signature is required on delivery.

• High quality – our soft toys and teddies are made to a very high standard with super soft plush fur and soft polyester stuffing and have been made according to EN71 safety standards and carry the CE mark.

• Personalised front and back – unlike our competitors you can have text on both the front and back of your chosen bear (excludes Cubbies) as well as a choice of font and text and thread colours as well as designs and an upload photo option.

• Wide Range - Our Teddy Bears range from 7 to 18 Inches in size and are priced from £9.99 to £29.99, so we offer something for every budget.

• Gift Wrap Service – Sending as a gift? then why not gift wrap it and include a message of your choice for only an extra £2.95.

• Can send direct to recipient – we can send your personalised gift straight to your loved one, just enter the billing and delivery addresses differently during checkout.

• Flexible – If you would like something slightly different to our standard design then please email us and we will try and accommodate you.

• Priority Dispatch Two Day Delivery and Saturday Delivery available – If you need your personalised teddy or gift urgently then you can pay £6.95 for priority dispatch and two day delivery (Orders must be placed before 4pm (Mon to Fri) or £8.95 for Saturday Delivery (orders must be placed before 4pm on the Thursday before)
